CompuLaw Adds Trademark Trial and Appeal Board’s New Institution Order Rules

“The Trademark court rules package offers rule sets for Federal Inter Partes Proceedings, Federal Trademark Registration and Renewals, Madrid Protocol, and all 50 U.S. State Trademark rules. CompuLaw’s Patent court rules package includes Utility, Plant and Design rule sets for both Patent Cooperation Treaty and Paris Convention deadlines. The Patent Interferences rule set, containing deadlines for the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences Standing Order, is also included.”

I hadn’t realized that the various rules changed that frequently.
