We’re just gearing up for MCLE (for MINIMUM rather than MANDATORY CLE ) although it is, clearly mandatory if you want to maintain your Illinois law license. So it is good news that an organization such as the Practising Law Institute has become an approved MCLE provider. In addition to many decades of traditional CLE programs, PLI was early in online work.
OK, so maybe our recent accreditation to provide MCLE to Illinois attorneys doesn’t qualify us to lead the Bears to the Super Bowl, but it does allow PLI, the leader in continuing legal education for nearly 75 years, to lead all Illinois providers in helping you satisfy your current and future MCLE requirements. And we’ll do so by offering you the best faculty teaching more programs on more subjects and in more formats than any other provider. PLI’s vast resources are available to you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, without interception, er, exception. So go long…check out and start satisfying your MCLE requirements today.
The Illinois MCLE web site, mcleboard.org, doesn’t appear to have a current list up. I’ll try to get one and post it. And, of course, you can start picking your courses for the Illinois requirements at www.pli.edu.
UPDATE: Of Course the Board has a list of providers up. I was looking under “Providers” while they posted it under “Attorneys”.
